This is another of my Art Journal pages.

I love this stamp called "girl in repose" so I stamped it out numerous times and embossed it with Distress emboss so it feels real "papersandy" like.  (for lack of a better word)  I then watercolored over them in different colors and placed them on a watercolored background then wrote some quotes about beauty around the pictures.  It looks really neat in person, especially if you feel it.

Some fun ways of "using it up", ART JOURNAL PAGES!!

I recently started getting involved with making Art Journal pages.  I'm really loving it.  I can use anything I want on the pages, anything goes.  I love thinking about that kind of freedom.

This page was done with Portfolio watercolor crayons, I used my Cricut to cut out the tree and the leaves, Copic markers, acrylic paint and stickles on the water.  And buttons for fruit on the tree.

Art Sentiments eCourse and a Great Way to Use Scraps

I took this fun class online at littleglimpsesstudio.ning.com called Art Sentiments.  This is what I created.  I had alot of fun.  For the project you use up scraps of all sorts and create something wonderfully new.  I love it, now I'm off to make some more.  Yahoo!

These are my ATC's

My first ATC swap with Sarah in the UK

Hi Sarah!!!  The theme for the swap was "snow" and we had to use some sort of sparkle. These are Sarah's, aren't they beautiful!  I just love them!  Thank you Sarah, I'd swap with you again in an instant!

FINALLY! I UPLOADED THE RESULTS FROM OUR LAST CHALLENGE!

Made from a child's large puzzle.  We all took 5 to 6 puzzle pieces and turned them into little mini-albums.  The theme was "February" which meant love or romance.  I loved seeing how differently everyone took that theme and created some really beautiful mini's.  Thanks everybody for participating.  Next challenge, making a mini from 5 large envelopes.  We'll show those results as soon as we finish them.
